If you want to upgrade your HT, a Hi Rev or a Zenoah engine to a Pioneer we now have a standard stroke crank 26 or 29 Pioneer Long Block, a +1mm Stroker Long Block 27, 29.5, OR a +2 mm Stroker Long Block 27.2 or 30.5 cc Pioneer.  You use your own pipe, carburetor, easy start pull starter and ignition parts (the long block comes with the magneto flywheel but no electrics).  The engine comes with a no warp isolator block that has all the mounting positions you need for a Walbro WT or WYK33 carburetor and all the hardware that is Quickdraw specific to put your parts on.  These engines come with the standard stroke crank, or a slotted rod +1mm stroker crank or +2 mm full circle stroker crank and genuine Zenoah main bearings.  If you want ceramic bearings, it is an $85 upgrade for the +1 mm engines or a $45 upgrade for the +2 mm engines, this is a highly recommended  upgrade as the stock bearings can fail quickly.  The dyno results with these engines are with the modified WYK33 carburetor and a Hot pipe with a 2-5/8" flex, external stinger. If you run other carburetors or other pipes your results may vary.

These engines use an external carburetor pulse, we have a Walbro WT style pump cover available for $7.50 that is already drilled and tapped with a hose barb for the external pulse if you are planning on using any of the Walbro WT style carburetors. The Walbro WT carburetors mount in the same location as they do on your Zenoah so you can use all of your original throttle linkage. The modified WYK33 carburetors work best with the Accu-Tech throttle linkage for that carburetor, this linkage makes the connection to the WYK almost the same as connecting to a WT. The WYK33 requires an optional ¼" carburetor spacer and shorter carburetor mounting bolts for $12.

This is a very economical way to convert your existing Zenoah or an older Quickdraw engine to a Stroker Pioneer. These engines like to rev so 20,000+ RPM on either on of them is typical to see. They still have the phenomenal bottom end torque and holeshot capabilities they are famous for.  For more information about these engines see the main Pioneer page.

One more thing that you may be interested in, if you want to save a few more bucks you can send us YOUR good magneto flywheel (the taper and the key way have to be like new, it can not be gouged up or tweaked. Rub marks on the outside of the flywheel from the red coil are no problem). If you do that you can deduct $30, we will broach the new key way in your flywheel and do the additional machine work necessary to fit it to the Pioneer at no charge.
